Wow may potential. Sid's presence is enough.
I'm still reeling from this epic. I was lucky enough to see this last night at Cinemalaya. It was a very rough cut as they're not done with post production, and Adolf Alix mentioned prior to the screening that they were still shooting up until last Wednesday.
That said, the acting is topnotch, the setting is gorgeous, the production design is impressive. Can't wait to see the final cut, it could use some editing.
I just have to say that this movie stays with you. You really feel Sid Lucero's character's yearning, in the way he kissed and the way he made love. I am in love with Cogie Domingo. What expressive eyes and a beautiful face. And I have newfound respect for Sid Lucero. He is an actor of the highest caliber. Bravo!
